We endeavour to blow you away from the beginning to the end of your customer journey, however we do have processors in place should a return or exchange be necessary.
Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery if the product is not to the specification of what was ordered / is the wrong product.
The correct product will then be delivered within 7 to 14 days of returning it.
In this case no delivery fees are charged for the collection of the incorrect product and the delivery of correct product - it's on us!
Refunds are only processed if the product delivered is defective due to our negligence and the defect has been reported to us within 7 days of delivery.
The product will need to be assessed to confirm the defect was not caused by you as the client, and the outcome of the assessment will be sent to you within 3 days of us receiving the product.
In the case that the product is defective due to our negligence, we will offer you a new product that isn't defective with free delivery. If you refuse, we will then refund you.
The refund will be processed within 21 days of the assessment being completed. We will carry the collection costs.
Exchanges can be done within 7 days of delivery if you change your mind about the product, and the product has not been tampered with and is still in good working condition.
You, as the client, will pay for the collection of the product, we will assess the product to ensure that the product is still in good working order.
The product will need to be assessed to confirm that there is no damage or defect and that the product was not used. The outcome of the assessment will be sent to you within 3 days of us receiving the product.
An exchange can then be done after the assessment has been completed. You, as the client, will pay for the new product/s to be delivered.
